INFORMACIJA O OGRANIČENJIMA MEĐUNARODNE PRAVNE POMOĆI
TOKOM MJERA PROTIV VIRUSA COVID-19
Obavještavamo centralne
organe za međunarodnu pravnu pomoć da će, tokom mjera protiv virusa COVID-19,
međunarodna pravna pomoć preko Ministarstva pravde Crne Gore biti ograničena na
važne i najsloženije slučajeve:
- ekstradicija, aktivnih i pasivnih;
- transfera osuđenih lica u slučaju postojanja humanitarnih
ili drugih vanrednih razloga,
- ozbiljnih i urgentnih drugih vidova međunarodne pravne
pomoći.
Izvršenje zamolnica/molbi
zavisiće od procjene nadležnih organa u svakom konkretnom slučaju.
Usljed ograničenja u
međunarodnom saobraćaju, uključujući poštanski saobraćaj, sva komunikacija
odvijaće se u elektronskoj formi, preko email adrese kontakt tačke za
međunarodnu pravnu pomoć i pravosudu saradnju 24/7: ognjen.mitrovic@mpa.gov.me;

INFORMATION ON LIMITATIONS OF MUTUAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE
DURING MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19
We inform the central
authorities for mutual legal assistance that, during measures against COVID-19,
the mutual legal assistance through the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro will
be limited to the important and most complex cases of:
- Extraditions, both active and passive;
- Transfers of sentenced persons, if there are humanitarian
and other extraordinary reasons;
- Serious and urgent other MLA cases.
Enforcement of rogatory
letters / requests will depend on assesment of each concrete case by competent authorities.
Due to restrictions on
international traffic, including postal traffic, all communication will be done
electronically via the email address of the contact point for mutual legal
